Returns & Exchanges Money Back Guarantee. Your total satisfaction is our goal. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your item(s) in saleable condition.

All products must be in their original packaging for a full refund (not including shipping & handling fees). For exchanges, again, all products must be in their original packaging. You must pack your item(s) securely with proper protection. Important: All Tags MUST be Attached as you have received your Item(s). Item(s) with Tags Removed and/or Removed and then Reattached back will Not Qualify for Refund and/or Exchange as they are Considered Used Items and we Can Not and we Will Not Resell them. We Only Sell Brand New Items which were Never Used. Do Not Send Back Items which had and/or have Tags Removed, they will Not qualify for Refund. If you will send such Items back to our Company, you would need to pay Shipping Charges for us to send them back to you, as No Credit can be issued for Used Item(s). If you return Your Items without items being damaged, and/or being wrong items, then you will also be billed 15% Restocking Fee. Restocking Fee is Charged to Avoid Abuse and to Maintain Quality and Affordable Service to others. It also covers the Cost of Supplies, Labor and Relisting the Item back in stock. For your protection, obtain proof of delivery from the carrier of your choice. As well, it is recommended to purchase Insurance in case your Return Package may be damaged in transit. Damaged Items does Not qualify for any credit, and you would need to collect Insured Amount from the Shipping Carrier you used when returned your Merchandise. Please return to:

PLEASE NOTE: If your Original Order was $100.00 or More and you were entitled to a Free Shipping. If your Returned Items will reflect the Original $100.00 Order, and the Rest of Kept Items will be less then $100.00, then we would Charge you $8.00 Flat Rate for the Shipping. The same will occur if you return all ordered Items. 

Damages Policy 

Damages Policy. If your merchandise is damaged, you must save all packaging and call us at 877-707-GEMS as soon as you receive your shipment. We do Not Offer Returns or Exchanges on Damaged Merchandise reported after 24 business hours from the Time you Merchandise was Received. Our business hours are 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Eastern Standard Time. If you call after business hours, leave a message and we will get back to you on the next business day. We will contact USPS and/or UPS to start the process of inspection and issuance of a claim number. As soon as that is resolved, we will get a replacement to you in a timely manner with no extra shipping charges. We take pride in our packing / shipping standards, always allowing for maximum protection by using oversized boxes in relation to product size. We want you to have a hassle-free experience.

If your Package has not arrived within expected Time Frame and Tracking Information has not been Updated by the Shipping Carrier, we will file Claim Forms with the Shipping Carrier and you Agree to wait at least 30 days to allow Shipping Carrier to approve the Claim before any Reimbursement and/or Replacement may be issued.
